#### 20 Reports by Authority about compliance 20 Reports by Authority about compliance > > (1) The Authority may report to the Minister responsible for a public office any failure by the public office to comply with the requirements of this Act or the regulations or any other matter of concern to the Authority with regard to the public office’s obligations under this Act or the regulations. > > > (2) The Authority can include in annual reporting information prepared for it under the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055) a report of any incidences of failure by public offices to comply with the requirements of this Act or the regulations. > > **s 20:** Am 2018 No 70, Sch 4.96.
