Tasmania act
This Act retrospectively declares valid certain actions taken between 18 September 1998 and 10 April 2001 by the Premier that otherwise should have been taken by the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment, and validates related actions or advice by the Resource Planning and Development Commission (s3). It assigns administration of the Act to the Premier and the Department of Premier and Cabinet until an Administrative Arrangements order is made (s4). The measure changes the legal status of specified past administrative decisions but does not create new ongoing powers.
