### 5 Requirement for approval of certain orders
> For the purposes of [section 18(3A) of the](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1993-065#GS18@Gs3A@EN) [State Policies and Projects Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1993-065) , an order made under [section 26](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1993-065#GS26@EN) of that Act in respect of the project declared under [clause 3](#GS3@EN) is of no effect until that order has been approved under [section 26](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1993-065#GS26@EN) of that Act by resolution of each House of Parliament.
