# Part 8 Development Assessment Fees

> > > (1) The following fees are payable to TasWater in respect of the Project:

> > > > > (a) for each development assessment undertaken by TasWater – $1 307.93;

> > > > > (b) for each consent to register a legal document – $256.99.

> > > (2) A fee specified in subclause (1) is –
