5A Matters to be contained in State Policies
[Section 5A Inserted by No. 21 of 1997, s. 5, Applied:01 Aug 1997] A State Policy may contain matters relating to one or more of the following:
(a) sustainable development of natural and physical resources;
(b) land use planning;
(c) land management;
(d) environmental management;
(e) environment protection;
(f) any other matter that may be prescribed.
