### 22 Preparation and public exhibition of draft integrated assessment report > [*\[Section 22 Amended by No. 21 of 1997, s. 14, Applied:01 Aug 1997\]*](/view/html/inforce/1997-08-01/act-1997-021#GS14@EN) [*\[Section 22 Amended by No. 85 of 1997, Sched. 4, Applied:01 Jan 1998\]*](/view/html/inforce/1998-01-01/act-1997-085#JS4@Ja12@GC13@EN) In consultation with the council of the municipality and the agencies notified under [section 21](#GS21@EN) [(1)](#GS21@Gs1@EN) , the Commission must, within such period as the Minister may allow, prepare a draft integrated assessment report and – > > > > (a) cause a copy of the draft report, and any submissions received under [section 21](#GS21@EN) [(2)](#GS21@Gs2@EN) , to be placed on public exhibition at its office for a period of at least 28 days; and > > > > > (b) advertise, as prescribed, the exhibition of the draft report.
