Above ground water tanks
(1) The erection or removal of a rainwater tank or grey water tank above ground.
(2) The tank—
(a) must not have a capacity of more than 500,000L of water, and
(b) must be the same colour as the surrounding development, and
(c) must not be located in any landscaped area.
