18A Development on “Area A”
(1) The objective of this section is to ensure that the built form in Central Barangaroo maintains appropriate bulk and massing through the appropriate allocation of floor space above and below ground level (finished).
(2) This section applies to land identified as “Area A” on the Gross Floor Area Map.
(3) A building on land to which this section applies must not have a gross floor area of more than—
(a) for above ground level (finished)—90,106m2, and
(b) for below ground level (finished)—11,092m2.
