(1) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent on land identified as “Area 1 Newington Armory” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
(a) centre-based child care facilities,
(b) eco-tourist facilities,
(c) function centres,
(d) public administration buildings,
(e) respite day care centres,
(f) tourist and visitor accommodation.
(2) Development for the purposes of pubs and small bars is permitted with development consent on land identified as “Area 2 State Abattoir Heritage Precinct” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(3) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent on land identified as “Area 3 Sydney Olympic Park Precinct Management Centre” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
(a) light industries,
(b) resource recovery facilities,
(c) storage premises.
