19 Rail and related transport facilities

(1) Development that has an estimated development cost of more than $30 million for any of the following purposes—

(a) heavy railway lines associated with mining, extractive industries or other industry,

(b) railway freight terminals, sidings and inter-modal facilities.

(2) Development within a rail corridor or associated with railway infrastructure that has an estimated development cost of more than $30 million for any of the following purposes—

(a) commercial premises or residential accommodation,

(b) container packing, storage or examination facilities,

(c) public transport interchanges.
