11 Other manufacturing industries

(1) Development that has an estimated development cost of more than $30 million for any of the following purposes—

(a) laboratory, research or development facilities,

(b) medical products manufacturing,

(c) printing or publishing,

(d) textile, clothing, footwear or leather manufacturing,

(e) furniture manufacturing,

(f) machinery or equipment manufacturing,

(g) the vehicle, defence or aerospace industry,

(h) vessel or boat building and repair facilities (not including marinas).

(2) Subsection (1)(b)–(f) does not apply to development on land within the area of the City of Sydney.
