43C Consideration of design of residential apartment development
Before carrying out residential apartment development to which this division applies, the relevant authority must consider the following—
(a) the quality of the design of the development, evaluated in accordance with the design principles for residential apartment development set out in Schedule 9,
(b) the Apartment Design Guide.
