24A Loading and unloading of goods or materials
(1) Loading and unloading goods or materials must not be carried out on a public road.
(2) This condition does not apply to a complying development certificate for development involving a building with a gross floor area less than 500m2 in Zone E1, E2, MU1, B1, B2, B3, B4, B8 or SP5 that existed before 1 February 2022.
