### sec.47 Other evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the commissioner stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated document is an appointment, approval, authorisation, decision, direction, notice or requirement given or made under this Act;
a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a document mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
that, on a stated day—
a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or
a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person.

- (c) that, on a stated day— (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person.
