### sec.48 Exemption from toll
This section applies if—
an SES member is travelling in an SES vehicle in the person’s capacity as an SES member; and
the SES vehicle is fitted with a warning device or warning light that is activated.
The SES member is exempt from payment of a toll for the use by the member and the SES vehicle of a road, bridge or ferry.
(sec.48-ssec.1) This section applies if— an SES member is travelling in an SES vehicle in the person’s capacity as an SES member; and the SES vehicle is fitted with a warning device or warning light that is activated.
(sec.48-ssec.2) The SES member is exempt from payment of a toll for the use by the member and the SES vehicle of a road, bridge or ferry.
- (a) an SES member is travelling in an SES vehicle in the person’s capacity as an SES member; and
- (b) the SES vehicle is fitted with a warning device or warning light that is activated.
