### sec.46 Appointments and authority
In a proceeding under or in relation to this Act, the following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
the appointment of each of the following—
the SES chief officer;
a local controller of an SES unit;
an SES commander;
another SES member;
an authorised rescue officer;
the power of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the appointment of each of the following— (i) the SES chief officer; (ii) a local controller of an SES unit; (iii) an SES commander; (iv) another SES member; (v) an authorised rescue officer;
- (i) the SES chief officer;
- (ii) a local controller of an SES unit;
- (iii) an SES commander;
- (iv) another SES member;
- (v) an authorised rescue officer;
- (b) the power of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
- (i) the SES chief officer;
