#### 24Y Certificate evidence 24Y Certificate evidence > A certificate signed by the Minister that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of the matters stated in the certificate— > > > (a) the SES funding target, as adopted by the Minister under this Part, > > > (b) the SES funding target applicable to a local council area, as adopted by the Minister under this Part, > > > (c) the amount of the SES contribution determined by the Minister for a specified local council for the financial year. > > **s 24Y:** Ins 2009 No 84, Sch 1.4 \[1\].
