#### 13 Operation of State Emergency Management Plan 13 Operation of State Emergency Management Plan > > (1) The relevant provisions of the State Emergency Management Plan have effect in the event of an emergency. > > > (2) The State Emergency Management Plan has effect in the event of an emergency whether or not a state of emergency has been declared. > > > (3) Agencies are authorised to undertake their responsibilities and functions under the State Emergency Management Plan in the event of an emergency.
