#### 91 Disposition of money paid by or recovered from debtors 91 Disposition of money paid by or recovered from debtors > > (1) After the making of a debt recovery order in respect of a State debt, the State debt is payable to the Chief Commissioner. > > > (2) However, with the approval of the Chief Commissioner, the State debt may be paid to another person or body and directly credited to the Consolidated Fund or another account, or retained, in accordance with this or any other Act or law.
