#### 88 Prescribed debt recovery costs 88 Prescribed debt recovery costs > > (1) The regulations may prescribe the debt recovery costs payable under a debt recovery order. > > > (2) The regulations may— > > > > > (a) prescribe an amount as the debt recovery costs payable to the Chief Commissioner on the making of the order, and > > > > > (b) prescribe an amount as the debt recovery costs payable into the Consolidated Fund for any action taken by the Sheriff or other official under this Act before payment is made under the order.
