#### 80 Power to revoke debt recovery order 80 Power to revoke debt recovery order > > (1) The Chief Commissioner may, on application or on the Chief Commissioner’s own initiative, revoke a debt recovery order. > > > (2) A debt recovery order may be revoked completely or only to the extent of some of the amount or amounts to which it applies. > > > (3) The Chief Commissioner must give the responsible authority notice in writing of a decision to revoke a debt recovery order in respect of a referable debt, unless notice is not required under a debt recovery agreement that applies to the debt.
