#### 73 Disclosure of information by Hardship Review Board 73 Disclosure of information by Hardship Review Board > The Hardship Review Board, a member of the Board, or a person otherwise engaged in the administration of this Part or any other statutory provisions that confer functions on the Hardship Review Board, may disclose to the Chief Commissioner or any other person engaged in the administration of this Act or any other Act that confers functions on the Hardship Review Board, information obtained in connection with the exercise of the Board’s functions.
