#### 69 Applications for review 69 Applications for review > > (1) The Hardship Review Board may conduct a hardship review if an application is made by or on behalf of the debtor for the review. > > > (2) The debtor must be a natural person. > > > (3) A debtor may not make more than one application under this section in relation to the same State debt, unless the Hardship Review Board is satisfied that new material facts or circumstances have been disclosed to the Board that— > > > > > (a) were not previously disclosed, and > > > > > (b) could not, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, have been previously disclosed.
