67 Hardship Review Board
> > (1) There is to be a Hardship Review Board consisting of—
> >
> > > (a) the Secretary of the Department of Customer Service, and
> >
> > > (b) the Secretary of the Treasury, and
> >
> > > (c) the Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice, and
> >
> > > (d) two non-government members with the qualifications or experience prescribed by the regulations, each appointed by the Minister for a term of 2 years.

> > (1A) At least one of the non-government members appointed under subsection (1)(d) must have experience of having worked in the community welfare or social services sector assisting individuals in relation to financial hardship matters.
>
> > (2) A member of the Hardship Review Board may appoint a person to act in the place of the member at meetings of the Board.
>
> > (3) An acting member, while so acting, has the functions of, and is taken to be, a member of the Hardship Review Board.

> > (4) In this section—
> >
> > non-government member means a person who is not—
> >
> > > (a) employed in the Public Service, within the meaning of the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040), or
> >
> > > (b) a member of the Legislative Council or the Legislative Assembly, or
> >
> > > (c) employed under the [Members of Parliament Staff Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-041), or

> > > (d) a judge or the holder of a judicial office, whether exercising judicial, ministerial or other functions.
