#### 27 Circumstances in which review is to be conducted 27 Circumstances in which review is to be conducted > > (1) If a person duly applies for an internal review, the responsible authority must review the decision to recover the referable debt. > > > (2) A responsible authority is not required to conduct an internal review— > > > > > (a) if an internal review has already been conducted in relation to the referable debt under this Division, or > > > > > (b) if the applicant has failed to provide sufficient supporting information or evidence to conduct the review, or > > > > > (c) in such other circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations. > > > (3) The responsible authority may determine the procedure for an internal review.
