#### 114 Electronic transmission of documents to Sheriff 114 Electronic transmission of documents to Sheriff > > (1) The following directions and orders under this Act may be transmitted electronically to the persons to whom they are given or directed— > > > > > (a) a property seizure order directed to the Sheriff, > > > > > (b) a garnishee order, or a summons requiring a garnishee under such a garnishee order to show cause, given to the Sheriff for service, > > > > > (c) an order for examination given to the Sheriff for service. > > > (2) For the purpose of executing any such order, the Sheriff or other officer to whom the order is so transmitted is to cause a copy of the order to be converted into written form and to be endorsed with the following words— > > > > This document has been transmitted electronically by the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue in accordance with section 114 of the [State Debt Recovery Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-011).
