(1) If the old board had not, before 1 June 1990, complied with a provision of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984 requiring the preparation and submission of an annual report or a statement of accounts relating to a period which had expired before that day, the SAS Board must comply with the provision.
(2) The first annual report and statement of accounts of the SAS Board after 1 June 1990 must contain such further matters in respect of the old board (other than matters dealt with by subclause (1)) as would have been required to be included in an annual report or statement of accounts of the old board if this Regulation had not been made.
