49B Schedule of Apportionment (1) The Commissioner may adopt a Schedule of Apportionment for the purpose of apportioning premiums for insurance, or premiums paid for specific classes of insurance, and other amounts in relation to insurance in accordance with this Division. (2) The Schedule of Apportionment may be developed in consultation with any person the Commissioner considers suitable.
