Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument repeals the obsolete SSAT Child Support Review General Directions 2012, removing procedural rules that governed a tribunal since merged into the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. It mainly affects lawyers, child support officers, and anyone still citing the 2012 directions by confirming those rules no longer apply.

It includes a “self-destruct” clause that automatically revokes the instrument the day after it takes effect.
