4 Designated sporting venues

(1) For the Act, section 3, definition of designated sporting venue, the following are prescribed—

(a) the venues listed in Schedule 1, Part 1,

(b) a venue listed in Schedule 1, Part 2, Column 1 when the venue is being used for a sporting activity by a team listed in Column 2.

(2) To avoid doubt, if a venue listed in Schedule 1 is renamed or is known by more than 1 name—

(a) the reference to the venue in the schedule is taken to include the new or additional name for the venue, and

(b) subsection (1) continues to apply to the venue.
