(1) For the purposes of 21C(5)(d) of the Act, a member of an advisory committee may be appointed for a maximum term of 3 years and may be re-appointed, but only if the member’s total term of office will not exceed 6 years.
(2) This clause does not apply to a member who is appointed to a membership advisory committee under section 21E(3)(a) of the Act.
