10 Delegation
(1) The Authority may delegate to an authorised person any of the functions of the Authority (other than this power of delegation).
(2) In this section—
authorised person means any of the following—
(a) a member of staff of Insurance and Care NSW,
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
