#### 69 Entrusted persons For the purposes of this Act, an entrusted person is: (a) the CEO; or (b) a member of the Sport Integrity Australia staff; or (ba) an Advisory Council member; or (c) a person engaged by the Commonwealth to perform services for the CEO or the ASDMAC; or (d) a designated associate of: (i) a person; or (ii) a partnership; engaged by the Commonwealth to perform services for the CEO or the ASDMAC; or (e) an individual whose services are made available to the CEO under section 24M; or (ea) a consultant engaged under section 24MA; or (f) an individual appointed as a chaperone, or as a drug testing official, under the NAD scheme; or (g) an ASDMAC member. > Note: For person, see subsection 2C(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
