68Disclosure for the purposes of this Act etc.

#### 68 Disclosure for the purposes of this Act etc. An entrusted person may disclose protected information if: (a) the disclosure is for the purposes of this Act or a legislative instrument made under this Act; or (b) the disclosure is required or permitted by the World Anti‑Doping Code; or (c) the disclosure is for the purposes of the performance of the functions or duties, or the exercise of the powers, of the CEO; or (e) the disclosure is for the purposes of the performance of the functions or duties, or the exercise of the powers, of the ASDMAC.
