#### 11 Remuneration and allowances (1) A Special Prosecutor shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as are determined by the Attorney‑General. (2) An office of Special Prosecutor is not a public office for the purposes of Part II of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
