25Leave of absence of non‑executive Directors

#### 25 Leave of absence of non‑executive Directors (1) The Minister may grant leave to the Chairperson to be absent from a meeting of the Board upon such conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister thinks fit. (2) Where the Chairperson is unable to attend a meeting of the Board because of ill health, the Board may grant leave to the Chairperson to be absent from that meeting. (3) The Chairperson may grant leave to any other non‑executive Director to be absent from a meeting of the Board upon such conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Chairperson thinks fit.
