#### 21 Appointment of Deputy Chairperson (1) The Governor‑General must appoint one of the non‑executive Directors to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Board. (2) A person must not continue to hold the position of Deputy Chairperson, acting Chairperson or acting Deputy Chairperson if the person ceases to be a non‑executive Director.
