#### 15 Duties of the Managing Director (1) Subject to subsection (2), the affairs of the SBS are to be managed by the Managing Director. (2) In managing any of the affairs of the SBS and in exercising any powers conferred on him or her by this Act, the Managing Director must act in accordance with any policies determined, and any directions given, by the Board. (3) Anything done in the name of, or on behalf of, the SBS by the Managing Director is taken to have been done by the SBS.
