(1) If the holder of the permit amends any of the following, the holder must give a copy of the amendment to the Minister: (a) the launch management plan for the launch; (b) the flight safety plan for the launch; (c) the technology security plan relating to the launch. (2) The holder of the permit must not amend the plans mentioned in subsection (1) less than 2 weeks before the launch period without the agreement of the Agency. (3) The holder of the permit must ensure that the launch is conducted in accordance with the current version of each of the plans mentioned in subsection (1).
