13 Personnel
(1) The holder of the permit must notify the Minister of any changes to the following: (a) the organisational structure that was described under paragraph 17(1)(a) in the application for the permit; (b) the identity of the individuals who have the responsibilities and roles described in subsection 17(2); (c) the duties or functions of an individual who has a responsibility or role described in subsection 17(2). (2) If an individual assumes a responsibility or role described in subsection 17(2), the holder of the permit must give the Minister the information mentioned in subparagraphs 17(1)(b)(i) to (iv) about the individual.
