78 Launch safety
(1) The application must include the following: (a) the safety requirements that will apply to each proposed launch in the country where the launch would take place; (b) all publicly available information about launches or attempted launches in the past 5 years at the facility or place from which the launch is proposed to be conducted, using the kind of launch vehicle proposed to be used. (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the launch is proposed to be conducted at a launch facility on the standard launch facility list published by the Department, as existing from time to time.
