71 Additional criteria

(1) For the purposes of paragraph 46B(2)(d) of the Act, the criteria in this section are prescribed. (2) Any part of the space object or objects concerned that is owned by the applicant (or the whole object if the applicant owns the whole object) is not and does not contain a nuclear weapon or weapon of mass destruction of any other kind. (3) Any part of the space object or objects concerned that is owned by the applicant (or the whole object if the applicant owns the whole object) does not contain a nuclear power source unless the Minister’s written approval has first been obtained.
