40 Compliance with directions and requests for information
(1) The holder of the permit must give the Minister written notice of any action taken in response to a direction given to the holder by a Launch Safety Officer under paragraph 52(2)(c) of the Act, within 10 business days after the direction is given. (2) The holder of the permit must give the Minister any information about the permit that the Minister asks for under section 60 of the Act.
