33 Other contents of transfer application

(1) Subject to this section, the application must include all of the material required to be included in an application for the grant of a launch facility licence by Division 3. (2) The material must be included when the application is made. (3) A requirement for the application to include a plan may be met by: (a) providing a copy of the current version of the plan of the current holder of the licence; and (b) including a statement that the applicant proposes to operate the facility under the same plan. (4) A requirement for the application to include any other information or material may be met by providing a copy of the information or material that was included in the application made by the current holder of the licence, if the information or material is still correct. (5) The application, and any document required to be included in the application, may include any other information that is relevant to demonstrating whether the criteria in section 18 of the Act for granting a launch facility licence to the applicant are met (including the criteria prescribed by Division 1 of this Part).

Note: Subsection 22(1) of the Act provides that the Minister may transfer a launch facility to another person if the Minister could grant the licence to the other person under section 18 of the Act.
