58 Identity cards
(1) The Minister must issue the Launch Safety Officer for a launch or return of a space object with an identity card. (2) An identity card must include a recent photograph of the person. (3) As soon as practicable after a person ceases to be the Launch Safety Officer for a launch or return of a space object, the person must return his or her identity card to the Minister. (4) A person who fails to do so commits an offence.
Penalty for contravention of this subsection: 1 penalty unit.
