32 Reconsideration of decisions by AFMA and Administrative Review Tribunal
The provisions of section 165 of the Act apply to a decision: (a) under subclause 14.2 that a person has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of AFMA that there are exceptional extenuating circumstances that caused an application to be made after the period referred to in paragraph 14.1(a); and (b) under subclause 15.5 that a person has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of AFMA that there are extenuating circumstances that caused an application to be made after the period referred to in paragraph 15.3(b); as if the decision were a relevant decision within the meaning of that section.
