8 Manufacture, production and acquisition of nuclear explosive devices prohibited
(1) A person who undertakes or engages in the manufacture or production of a nuclear explosive device commits an offence against this subsection. (2) A person who acquires a nuclear explosive device commits an offence against this subsection.
