18 Prevention of dumping at sea of radioactive wastes and other radioactive matter
(1) Provision for the prevention of the dumping at sea of radioactive wastes and other radioactive matter, pursuant to Australia's obligations under Article 7 of the Treaty, is made in the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981. (2) Subsection (1) does not derogate from the operation of the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981.
