### sec.99BRBFA Appeals against refusal of conversion application This section applies to an applicant for a conversion application if— the applicant applied for internal review of the conversion decision; and the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant. The applicant may appeal to a development tribunal against the review decision. The appeal must be started within the standard appeal period. s 99BRBFA ins 2014 No. 36 s 37 amd 2016 No. 27 s 467 (sec.99BRBFA-ssec.1) This section applies to an applicant for a conversion application if— the applicant applied for internal review of the conversion decision; and the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant.
