sec.7 Signing plans
If a plan must be signed by an appropriate authority, the plan must be signed by— if the appropriate authority is the corporation—the corporation manager appointed under section 13 of the Act ; or if the appropriate authority is the council—the council’s chief executive officer.
- (a) if the appropriate authority is the corporation—the corporation manager appointed under section 13 of the Act ; or
- (b) if the appropriate authority is the council—the council’s chief executive officer.
